Article Processing Charges
The Journal of Emerging Paradigms in Computing Systems (JEPCS) is a gold open-access journal. To support researchers and encourage high-quality submissions, JEPCS is currently offering a full Article Processing Charge (APC) waiver.
Full APC Waiver Until 31 December 2026
Manuscripts submitted to JEPCS on or before 31 December 2026 are eligible for a full APC waiver.
Authors whose manuscripts are submitted on or before 31 December 2026 and subsequently accepted for publication will not be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC), even if the editorial decision or publication occurs after 31 December 2026.

APC After the Waiver Period
Manuscripts submitted from 1 January 2027 onward will be subject to the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) policy in effect at the time of submission. The applicable APC rate, together with any available waiver or discount policies, will be announced on this page before the new charges take effect.
