Article Processing Charges

The Journal of Emerging Paradigms in Computing Systems (JEPCS) is an open-access journal. To support the launch of the journal and encourage high-quality submissions, publication costs are currently being covered by JEPCS.

Inaugural APC Waiver

Publication costs will be fully covered by JEPCS until 31 December 2026.

Authors whose articles are accepted for publication in JEPCS up to and including 31 December 2026 will not be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC).

APC After the Waiver Period

An Article Processing Charge will apply to manuscripts accepted for publication from 1 January 2027. The applicable APC rate and any associated waiver or discount policies will be announced on this page before the new charges take effect.
